200’ of Govee Permanent Christmas lights Brand new - $650

Have 2 boxes(100’ each) 200’ total.
Brand new Govee unopened packages of lights from Lowe’s in Pasco.
Bought them in August and didn’t have time to put them up so my plan changed.
Receipt is in photos.
Tried to return at Lowe’s but is barely outside the 90 return window.
Price is firm, I don’t need to sell.
Just trying to get my money back.
