Restaurant Manager

A Restaurant Assistant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager.
The primary responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager include: Directly supervising the restaurant employees.
Managing operations in the front and back of house with a high concentration on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth.
Constantly maintaining Dennys standards of quality and service.
Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays when restaurants are busiest.

Additional operations and/or leadership experience strongly preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience ServSafe® Certification required Great communication skills Proven ability to solve problems Strong business acumen to understand financial statements and contributing factors Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as the schedules are rotated Reliable transportation
