Zirkle Fruit Company is in search of a qualified applicant to provide leadership to our equipment operator crews, at our Othello, WA location.
The successful candidate must have 2 years’ experience as an Equipment Operator / Sprayer.
Must possess strong leadership skills and abilities.
Oversight of equipment operators spray crew, ensuring that proper farming system methods are implemented, verification that detailed instructions are communicated to crew, maintaining records such as spray record recommendations, calibration of sprayers, food safety programs, and coordination of operators with production schedules.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but is not required.
Pay ranges from $20.
65 - $24.
75 Depending on qualified level.
