Rehoming 3 year old male Bernese mix (Moses lake)

This poor guy needs a new home.
He is the sweetest guy ever.
Walter is a 3 year old intact Bermice Mix.
He loves kids and cats.
He is an outside dog who enjoys hanging out in the house once in awhile.
He does good in a kennel but isnt quite housebroken.
He would be great outside maybe with a companion.
Walter is free to the right family.
I want more than anything for this guy to be loved
