Georgie needs to be the only dog (Moses Lake)

Georgie is half miniature poodle half Bichon.
He is not fixed.
He is very loved but for unseen issues between my two dogs we decided to rehome Georgie.
He is kid and cat friendly.
He needs to be the only dog he seems to play to rough with others.
He needs to have a fenced yard because he will just run away lol.
He does not do well in the car as he gets super anxious.
He is one year and 2 months old.
He is shy at first but warms up quickly and is crate trained.
