Parts Counter Salesperson

*is looking for an experienced *PARTS COUNTER SALES PERSON *in our Moses Lake, WA location.
This person will be responsible for working with customers in person and over the phone to fill their needs related heavy duty agricultural/farm and construction equipment.
This person should have a working knowledge of equipment in order to diagnose issues as described by the customer and recommend solutions.
*Job Responsibilities* * Assist in store customers and shop employees with parts selection and orders * Answer phones and assist customers with needs * Stock incoming parts following company guidelines * Able to read catalog, either physical or on computer to assist customer with obtaining the correct part or working substitution.
* Deal effectively with returns.
Determining proper procedure to efficiently take care of the customer’s needs * Keep work area clean and organized at all time.
* Assist with inventory as needed * Keep manager informed of parts needs or requests * Assist with merchandising of store, set up of display areas including advertising and promotional areas * Process sales according to company policy and procedure *Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent GED * Minimum 1 year parts counter sales experience in automotive or heavy equipment field * Knowledge of Ag/Construction is a plus * Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

* This position is a physical role that requires long periods of standing, bending, kneeling and reaching overhead.
* Ability to work in fast paced and at times stressful environment *Rate of Pay:* $20.
