- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
- Analyze social media data and insights to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
```Requirements```
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of content creation, proofreading, video editing, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing tools
- Experience in relationship management with customers or influencers
- Proficient in photography and graphic design for creating visually appealing content
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
